FOOD FOR OUR TOWNS AND CITIES
Who will feed the City 

With all our poor people migrating to towns and cities looking for work
It was estimated that in 10 years time, 50% of city population will be the poor
Looking for job opportunities and living as squatters in all available space.
Who will then feed the towns and cities in the hard years to come?

   
 1. the mega cities in the country                            2. the urban poor squatting everywhere

  
3. lack of the basic necessities in life                              4. growing children of the future

Government must promote infrastructure programs for roads to open lands
Induce the poor to go back to the land by providing self-help livelihood projects
Divide the idle lands for rental homestead farming to produce more food
Root crops and animal raising in places that are typhoon prone.

   
                  5. create new homestead barrios                          6. provide housing credit for homesteaders

  
7. mobilize our Barangays & Government                             8. clean drinking water for all

Dapat lutasin ang suliranin sa PAGKAIN ngayon at sa darating na araw
Mahalagang makapag-aral ang lahat ng kabataan upang sanayin sa pamumuhay
Kalusugan ay bigyan ng kasagutan sa pamamagitan ng hustong makakain
Katahimikan ang mahalaga sa KAUNLARAN ng ating Bansa at Mamamayan
