ABOUT USKILUSANG BALIK-KAAYUSANSinimulan sa Toronto CanadaItinataguyod ng CANDIDO at ISABEL de BORJA MEMORIAL PROJECTAlthough it was 7 years ago when KIBAKA was started in Toronto, Canada. After mistakes and disappointments from people that we wanted to help in our project "ANG KILUSANG PANG-KABUHAYAN"(Gulayan sa mga Bakuran at Hayupan sa mga Baryo)we reviewed our programs and with the help of other Filipino expatriates, we came to our new program with its aims, purpose, rules and regulations in our book "ANG AKLAT NG KILUSANG BALIK-KAAYUSAN"Ang Ating Layunin, Ibalik Ang KAAYUSAN-KARANGALAN-KABUHAYAN Sa ating Pamahalaan, sa Bansa at sa Mahihirap na Mamamayan! To date, starting last January 2002, we have started on a new beginning. From the results that we have accomplished in this short period of time "Our Membership Call", and a call to promote "Kaayusan-Karangalan-Kabuhayan" With the Filipinos who are still answering our call to register and join us, we expect to do more in the coming days ahead with their help and participation. KIBAKA is not an association, it is not an organization but a MOVEMENT That is why it does not have any officers nor does it ask for membership fees. Each and every Filipino who signs up and joins the movement knows that it is a call on our "PATRIOTISM" for love of country and our people. Our relatives, our neighbors, our friends who are in our beloved country. With no opportunities for their future, no fulltime jobs burdened with the high cost of living. IT IS FOR THEM THAT WE WILL DEDICATE OUR WORK AND SERVICES. If we cannot make our people 'AWARE" why our country is failing now, If we cannot STIR THE FILIPINO PEOPLE to join and unite, If we cannot join as ONE PEOPLE AND ONE NATION, to help each other now, If we cannot stop "GRAFT AND CORRUPTION" which is the cause why our children, our people and our country is in this economic and moral decay. THEN THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE FOR US AND FOR OUR COUNTRY! WE CALL ON YOU, MEMBERS, PARENTS, CIVIC LEADERS & TEACHERS TO LEAD THE WAY TO BRING OUR NATION AND PEOPLE BACK TO ITS FEET PROVIDE A FUTURE FOR OUR CHILDREN AND OUR COUNTRY! Kailangang magkaroon ng "PAGBABAGO" sa ating buong bansa. Ating labanan ang "SAKIT NA LAGAY" dahilan kung bakit tayo ay naghihirap at nasa ganitong kalagayan. Isabit sa ating mga bahay, paaralan at mga tanggapan
